Aleesha could make herself the top female professional bodybuilder during the latter half of 2010. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to an athletic family. Her father, along with her siblings, were ice hockey players, while her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha played soccer, softball and basketball prior to when she got into bodybuilding when she was 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license in 2014 after she won the NPC USA Championships. Her first competition began in 2008, but she has been competing since 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing in the 9th place race. Her 2015 finish was 9th. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha was ranked sixth at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha improved and was able to be the first professional competitor after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. She finished 4th, which was her best finish. The "World's Strongest Mom" has taken a health break.
